Feel free to state your opinion, ask a question, or reply
to someone else' post. We do request that all stay focused and to not reply
in a derogatory personal attack of any individuals' character. We are all
individuals with different approaches and tactics. Let us celebrate our
differences and find a common ground to promote the well-being of all primates.
We do ask that all refrain from posting "ANY"
addresses and phone numbers etc...All is welcome to leave email addresses
and exchange all private information via private email.
One other issue is the posting of breeders names and phone
numbers etc... Recommending a breeder on a public forum such as this one
is a massive undertaking. This responsibility is not one that we at Monkey
Maddness feel comfortable with and we would like for all that participate
to please refrain from posting this information. Breeders are encouraged
to participate in interaction of this web-site as we need all valuable
information and resources to better care for our NHPs. We hope that everyone
will respect our wishes not to promote names and addresses and phone numbers
here.
We would be happy to collect and compile a list of breeders
if that is what is wanted and send to individuals via request by those
that already own a NHP via private email. We understand that one would
rather go to a decent, honest, and caring breeder than one who is out there
to get the most money possible and spend the least to care for the NHPs.
Let us know if there is a need for this and we will try to accommodate
your needs. Monkey Maddness wishes to remain a forum for the care and well
being of NHPs. We are not a forum to endorse individual private breeders
or the primate trade. Our purpose is to promote interaction between people
who happen to share their lives with NHPs and to promote better NHP care.
