Comments On: Monkeys in PA?

I need all the DETAILED information on what I have to go through in order to get a monkey. What kinds of Monkeys are legal in PA. What pemits I must get, what is expected of my home for the PA Game Comm,to approve of me, & how big the cage inside and outside should be.
I have wanted a monkey since I was a young girl, and have been trying for the past 12 years, but to no avail. I keep getng the run around from PA Game Comm. It's like they don't even want to talk to me about it. I asked numerous times for a detailed list, and what I should go through, and they tell me not to waste my time. I'm sorry, I just can't give up on a life long dream of mine. Where are we without are dreams?
I do not want one for a pet, I want him/her to be a part of my family. You can't just treat them like a pet, they are childlike. I will NEVER EVER leave his/her SIDE!
I also am interested in finding someone in my area willing to train me before I go all the way and actually get one. I just want to make sure everything is perfect. I know perfect is a big word or maybe the wrong one for that matter. I just want experience before I get mine. (If I can)
I'm interested in a capuchin or a Squirrel, I don't know much about other's, but I'm so willing and eager to learn as much as I can in any way I can. Don't bother to tell me to go to the library, I already have, and after you've looked the whole place over they really don't have any specifics on what I am interested in. It's mainly encyclopedia type stuff. I've been looking for books on detail how to prepare for one. But nothing. I'm trying to find a book called The Squirrel Monkey by Leonard Rosenblum and Robert Cooper, but I can't find anything on it anywhere.
Please if anyone can help me, please do so. I am so appriciative even if you took the time to read this.
I'm not a teenager, I hate telling my age (doesn't evey woman?) I am 28, going to be married soon (would love to have him/her in the wedding with us, and to go on our honeymoon to see other's, & I own my own home. I do not work, my hubby makes more than enough for us.
Please anyone DETAILED information on everything. Where and how much to get food, clothing, diapers, & the whole 9 yards.
